Sound Mind

We have this incredible gift in Jesus where He has given us Power, Love, and a Sound Mind. In 1 Tim 1:6-7, Paul says God didn’t give us fear, but instead he gave us his spirit, which can cause us to be powerful. However, so many of us are battling things like cynicism, fear, anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, and we are not experiencing that freedom in our mind. We’re going to dig into why that is and what steps we can take towards experiencing all God has for us.
