Vine Student Ministries

Vine Student Ministries exists to create a safe space for students to belong, to be transformed by Jesus, and to explore their role and importance in the Kingdom of God.

Fall Schedule: 8/25/21 – 12/15/21

Vine Student Ministries (Grades 6th-12th) meets on Wednesdays, from 7:00pm-8:30pm

Students will meet at the Vine in the gathering place on Wednesday nights. Doors open at 6:45. Each week students will participate in games, a lesson, small groups, worship and prayer.

The first Wednesday of each month is designed to be a night of relationship building and fun for our students. We encourage our students to bring a friend for a night of games and fun.

Parents & Guardians: We can’t wait to have your student(s) join us for the 2021-22 year! Every year, we do require that parents & guardians complete and return a release form for their student. You can do so online here: Vine Student Ministries 2021-22

Danielle DeYoung

Danielle DeYoung

Director of Next Generation Ministries

Danielle was born in Illinois, but moved to Indiana to study Psychology at Trine University, in Angola. She became familiar with the Michiana area through a summer job at Camp Shipshewana, then settled in Goshen after graduation. Before becoming our Children’s Director, Danielle spent five years working with kids, teens and families in a community mental health setting. She is passionate for our kids to love Jesus, to learn how to pray and hear God’s voice, and to know they belong in this family. Danielle often says that she is a kid at heart, and this comes out in her passion and curiosity for life. She spent a year tracking daily moments of “delightitude,” in pictures on her social media feed, to let the pursuit of delight and gratitude become second nature. She can be found at the Chief at least once a week in the summer months, and if Peanut Butter Oreo is on the menu, you can guarantee that’s what she’s ordering.
